While each business has its own needs that must be addressed, the reality is that even the most successful sales people struggle to maintain a consistent process, effectively manage their time, forecast objections, etc. Often times they are simply too close to the client to see around the next corner.  Weekly coaching affords the opportunity to make improvements as the sales rep works in real time, encounters sales challenges, and needs answers.  

Over the last twenty years we experimented with boot camps, outsourced sales classes, and various other “one-and-done” sales training approaches only to be rewarded with an immediate increase in performance followed by a slow decline back to normal levels. In the past few years it's become obvious to us that all of the clients we speak to weekly are successful as opposed to only some of those in programs featuring less frequent conversations. As this conclusion became more and more measurable we limited our training offerings to weekly sessions, and have seen tremendous, measurable results across the board.

Weekly training works and our experience continues to prove that!

Weekly instruction, review of past calls, and establishing a plan for the week ahead are all a part of the conversation. This creates a  learn-then-apply pattern that allows for quick correction, ongoing lessons and support, and accountability of sales activity goals.
